: What are your shipping or handling charges?; The Business Center has not charged any handling fees or shipping charges for over 25 years.

: What is TBC's Return Policy?; If you encounter a problem with an item or product that you have purchased from us, just call 1-800-759-8107 or 830-693-5744, 8:30 - 5:00, weekdays. We will either pick up the item or send you (at no charge to you) a UPS Pickup label to return your merchandise. Merchandise has a 30 day, no questions asked policy (for items over 30 days, please contact customer service). Once the merchandise is received at The Business Center Printing & Office Supply, it is quickly processed. It may take up to 7-10 working days before you will receive your credit memo.

: How do I order imprinted items?; The Business Center Printing & Office Supply wants ordering to be as simple as possible for our customers. We keep vast files on all previous orders of printed items. Just call us - you will be sent a proof to sign off on. If it's a new item you are working on - we also offer design and layout - at NO ADDITIONAL charge to our customers.
